text cut and paste

I have created a form in word 2002 that I use as a
template but often need to copy all the text contents of
the cells to another form having similar or the same cell
dimensions.

In Publisher I can link the text boxes but in Word I
can't seem to do something similar to copy over all text
of the document from one to another.

Well, in Word there are forms, and then there are forms.
Exactly which kind of form is this (how did you create it)
and which version of Word are we discussing?
