There's no built-in way to do this in Word (as there is in Publisher), but
you can fake it. If the text won't be changing, you can approximate it by
adding Space Before to the paragraph. If you need a more flexible solution,
insert a single borderless table cell into the text box and set the vertical
alignment of the cell to Center.
