Text Auto Fill

Hi all,

I have a text box being used for data entry. Is there a way to set it up if
the user types either a Y or N in the box it will automatically fill in with
yes or no.

Maybe, but it's impossible to say for sure without a lot more information than you've provided, starting with where this "text box" is located.
