When I align a text center, the above line will follow to be also in the
center. When I align a text right, ... When I align a text left, ...
How do I solve this problem?

Make sure you separate the lines by pressing Enter, not Shift+Enter.
If you display nonprinting characters by pressing the ¶ button, you
should see the ¶ symbol at the end of the first line, not a
left-pointing arrow.

If the entire document realigns when you change one line, that's a
different story. See
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/WholeDocumentReformatted.htm
for that.
