I am copying text from a pdf and pasting it into Word 2007. When I paste
the text it will fill most of the first line up and then put only a few words
on the next line. The next line will almost be full and then the next line
will only have a few words. This staggered effect continues through all the
text I paste.
I have been placing the cursor at the front of the short line, hitting the
backspace to pull it up to the line above, but this is time consuming and a
pain.
Is there any way to format the text I paste into Word so that all the lines
are evenly spread across each line.
