I am a great fan of the new Windows Home Server - both as an OS for use in
the home or small business, and of the hardware versions I've seen. I know
there's a linux/open source group that is trying to match the feature set,
and I wish them luck--they've got a hard act to follow.
Surely you aren't suggesting that Linux might have any security issues that
need Defend(er)ing?

I don't think I could possibly become one of the ignorant fanboys of Linux.
OTOH, I'm half way there...I'm ignorant.
I admit it feels a bit drafty with no firewall, no av, no realtime
protection.
