It appears you were testing uploading a graphic, trying either to poach some
information off the user's machine, or to display insurance advertising. Be
glad that the graphic did not properly upload or download -- if it had,
you'd have made quite a number of users of this newsgroup quite irate.

Too late. I took the attempt for the deed, and used Spamcop to report
this spammer to his ISP and the hosting site for the webpage.
Hopefully lost him his account...

I endorse your actions. Although I sometimes (as this one) try to give some
warning, spammers almost never actually read the newsgroups they have
spammed.
