Test creating a new message via Outlook Express

I just want to use this as a test message. I just set up Outlook Express to
view the messages shown in ExcelTip's forum. I want to see whether this
message being created in Outlook Express appears in the forum.

You might want to test to:

microsoft.public.test.here

It saves clutter and IIRC, you'll even get a message back saying it was posted.
(But it's been a real long time since I've used that group.)
