Test at side of a picture and continuing underneath

I'm starting out in Frontpage and I'm new to the layout tables and cells.
I've made a table and in this table I'd like to insert a photo/picture to the
right of the page. On the left of the photo I want to write some text and for
the text to continue under that text and along under the photo. I put 2 cells
in, one for the photo and one for the text but the line separating the two
prevents the text from continuing underneath the photo. Can anyone advise me
what to do with my layout. Hope it makes sense. Thanks,

Place the photo in the right column/cell of the table, and your text in the left column/cell of the
table.

Yes, but ....

Didn't Liz say she wanted the text to flow down the left and then underneath
the picture ?

I am new to the game, and I haven't actually managed to always get text to
flow quite as I want it, but I thought this would require pictures and text
in one cell, with a spec. in the <img> tag of float ="right"
