Terms of Use screen pops up continuously.

I just installed Office 2003 on a new laptop and each time i open any app i
get a terms of Use acceptance screen. I click accept and the next time i use
the app it pops up again...............any ideas?

Have you logged on as Administrator and accepted the Agreement?
