EULA requests accept/decline every time i start outlook 2003

i purchased new computer w/vista and installed my copy of office 2003. every
time i open outlook the end user license agreement pops up and i have to
accept it. i have checked and my product is activated. any ideas?

Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]

Right click the shortcut to Outlook.exe and select "runas Admininstrator."
When it opens and asks for you to accept the EULA, do so and you should be
okay thereafter.

thanks for your help - no luck though. when i right click on the shortcut, i
get the standard right click menu ie. cut, paste, rename etc. i tried to
choose properties to see if i could find any info there, but props. will not
come up at all...... ????

Then try the shortcut from the program files->microsoft office - any office
program will do, even Word or Excel.
