Termnial server error in "usernv.dll

When I try to termanal serv to a 2000 server i get this
error message and the seesion doesent start.

Any body seen this error message before

"The ordinal 175 could not be located in the dynamic link
library usernv.dll"
 
Try reapplying the latest service pack. It sounds like a
version mismatch.
