Terminal Svr licensing

Hi! I've read about licensing issue through this discussion forum.
From one of the discussion posted, it says that if the terminal svr
is on a win2k server and the clients are win2kpro/xp there's no
need to have any client license. Is that true?

Pls verfiy that. Thks!

Yes, that's what it means in practice. You don't have to purchase TS
CALs for these clients.

Note that you *must* install and activate a TS Licensing Server on
your Domain Controller. The free licenses for W2K Pro and XP Pro
clients are not build into the client OS, they are issued from the
pool of free built-in licenses on the TS Licensing Server.
