Terminal Services Query

I have a windows 2000 Professional workstation that we run
some accounting reports on. The pc is kept in our server
room and we don't like letting staff in to run reports on
the machine.

Is there a way to install Terminal Services on this
workstation so people can connect remotely or is there a
way to upgrade the pc from Professional to Server without
a fresh install.

The applications are a real mess to re-install.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
