Terminal Services Manager unavailable

I can't get the terminal services manager program to run on my server. It
shows in the task bar but never comes forward. I've uninstalled and
reinstalled the admin tools but it didn't help. Windows 2000 std server sp4.

Anybody know how to make this program available again?

Thanks,

Scott

Start regedit and navigate to this registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
\Terminal Server\TSADMIN

Delete the "Placement" value and exit regedit.

Now start Terminal Services Administration and you should be able to
find it.

The problem is that at some point the TSAdmin window position
settings were saved in a high-resolution session; with it running in
a low-resolution session, those values position it off the viewable
screen.
