Terminal Services Licensing

Is it okay to setup a Terminal Service Licensing Server in
Windows 2000 Server while my Terminal Server is in Windows
2003 Server?

No, a Windows 2003 TS needs Windows 2003 TS CALs, which cannot be
handled by a W2K Licensing Server (because of the new Per Device/Per
User options). But a 2003 LS can handle both W2K and 2003 TS CALs.
