terminal services error

my users are unable to connect to our terminal server...i believe this is
because the RDP-Tcp (listener) in terminal services manager has not launched.

is there a way i can manually start the RDP-Tcp (listener)?

You will likely get more expert help in
microsoft.public.windows.terminal_services....mention your version of
Windows server, and any errors you see on the server. By default, once the
machine has booted up, the requisite services should start automatically,
and the server should accept connections.
