Terminal Services Client Timing Out

Terminal services client timing out at 9.00 mins and the
problem is not on the server I have been told. Therefore,
as I understand there is a way to conduct a regedt to
correct this problem on the client computer.

Does anyone know how I can do this registry hack?

Yes.

The users are connected with terminal services but are
also working on other MS only programs on the computer at
the same time. After some time they are returning back to
the terminal services client connection to find that it
has been disconnected

I have already deleted the mslicensing with out any
change to this problem

Having same problem. Looks like a time out. Sometimes
disconnects in minutes and I've had connections last over
4 hours. Have set Idle Session Limit and Active Session
Limit to Never.

Implemented recommendation from Microsoft Knowledge Base
Article - 216783, Unable to Completely Disconnect a
Terminal Server Connection. Before that the sessions
showed Active and Idle but users could not reconnect to
session. Now disconnects at least.

God this is being a major PITA!
