Terminal Service Installation-Svr goes blue screen

I recently installed terminal service on Windows 2000
Server and I can't get login screen. It is basicly goes
in blue screen right before the login screen. I have to
reboot the server and go in safe mode and uninstall
terminal service and system back to normal.

By change anyone had this problem or have solution for?
