Terminal Service 90 days use

When installing and using Terminal Service with all
defaults on a Windows 2000 server box, do I have to worry
about the 90-day temporary license?
 
If there is no Terminal Services Licensing Service installed during your first 120 days of operation no temporary licenses will be issued as there is no TSLS to do thi

Clients will be able to connect for 120 days after which an activated Terminal Services Licensing Service must be available or connections will be refused
