Howdy Group!

Quick question: EventID 10 followed by EventID 13. Took a
look at eventid.net to gain some possible insight on
this. There is t necessarily any real issue here, I am
just trying to better understand why the EventID 13 is
showing up.

It normally happens with the people here in this office (
where the TS resides ) but also *sometimes* happens with
some of the remote office users.

The print jobs vary in page count and size and all print
out successfully.

Typical scenario is that for *almost* every print job by
one of the users in this office there is the EventID 10
followed by the EventID 13. However, for the remote
office users there is simply the EventID 10 ( as
expected ). Key word in both scenarios: *almost*

Thanks,

Cary

PS....please note that although we are having issues with
the TS this has been going on since the TS was
built....Thank you to Vera for help with the on-going
issue..

Are both external and internal users using redirected
client printers?

You should be able to disable these messages from being
displayed by opening up your print server properties.
