how to convert temperory licence to cal licences


we are useing terminal service .recently i purchase cal
for all users. how can i activte this cal in windows 2000
server

I assume you mean TS CALs and not server CALs?

You have to install and activate a TS Licensing server (on your
Domain Controller if you are in a W2K domain, on the same server as
the TS if you are in a workgroup or NT 4.0 domain).
Then you have to install the TS CALs on the Licensing server.
