Terminal Server IE6 issue

I have a web based application running on a Terminal
Server that several users connect to. Now all of a sudden
the web based part of the application does not display
properly on the clients.

Certain options and tick boxes do not display but the will
display fine on the actaul server. Both clients and
servers are all patched up to SP4.

Any ideas ?
