Terminal Server from one Domain to another Domain (with Profiles)

Hello Newsgroup!

We have a Windows 2000 SP4 Terminal Server (User Modus)
in Domain AB and want to make a complete new installation and add the
Server to a new Domain XY. (The Server has failures from previous
Windows Updates)
There is a Trust between the Domain AB and XY and the Server is a
Member Server!

My Question: Is there an Option, to take the Old Profiles on the
new Server, without making the profiles for 25 Users completely new?
Third Party Tools are also welcome....

Is it impossible to do? Need more Information? Nobody an Idea?
