Terminal Server--dual monitor support

I have users that have dual monitors on their desktops. This works great,
however, when connecting to a Terminal Server, they no longer can use both
monitors, only one. Is there a solution for this?

Have the user set the Remote desktop software to the same size or lower
resolution settings of their display. When RDP is set to full screen it gets
a little funny.

By setting it to the same size or lower you will be able to resize, minimize
the window, also move it to and from any monitor.
