Terminal Server and Symantec AV install

We are running Terminal server on W2k server and would
like to install Symantec AV Server but the Symantec
install fails and says that the install cannot be run
while in terminal service mode. What does this mean and
how can I install this product and not disrupt my terminal
clients? Thanks

Goto cmd prompt & type: chgusr /install, then try to
install again. Otherwise, use the add/remove icon and
install the program from within there.

It may be that Symantec AV doesn't support any server
running in terminal services mode. Have you tried other
products?

Hello there...

From experience I can tell you that TS needs to be in "install mode" to
permit the installation of this product. Otherwise it works just fine. The
only known "isse" is that the system tray icon doesn't show during TS
Sessions...but it still is running. in the background.
