Terminal Server and local printers

What prevents local printers from appearing in a TS session?

I have WS2003 EE Term App Server running back of a SBS2003 box.

I learned the trick on how to turn off network printers but cannot figure
out why local printers do not appear.

Anyone?

Check if redirection of local printers is disabled in TS
Connection Configuration or a GPO.
Check the settings on the client
Check the EventLog on the TS to check for error messages during
logon.
The most probable cause is that no driver for the printer could be
found on the server. If that's the problem, map the printers to a
native driver on the server.
