Terminal server access to a clustered Win 2003

How do I configure Terminal server access to a Windows
2003 cluster?
I want to be able to have clients accessing one node of
the cluster, and then if that node fails, allow clients
to connect to the other node, seamlessly.
How do I do this, as the terminal client will have it's
profile and settings stored on the C drive?

Use roaming profiles, which are stored on a shared network drive.
