NLB with Terminal Srvr

I am having a problem installing NLB in Terminal Services.
The NLB configuration show node 1 running fine, node 2 as joined the
cluster, but on node 2, when displaying the IPs (ipconfig) shows the cluster
IP address as 0.0.0.0 and the dedicated IP address.

Remote users are able to connect using the cluster IP, but only in the node
1 server.

The servers have 2 NIC cards teamed.
NLB configuration as:
Node 1:
- IP 192.168.100.10
- mask 255.255.255.0
- Unicast
- Priority = 1
- Dedic IP 192.168.100.11
- Mask 255.255.255.0
- Port Rules:
Port start/end: 80/80 - Protocol: Both - Mode: Multiple - Load: Equal -
Afinity: Class C
Port start/end: 3389/3389 - Protocol: Both - Mode: Multiple - Load: Equal
- Afinity: Class C

Node 2:
- IP 192.168.100.10
- mask 255.255.255.0
- Unicast
- Priority = 2
- Dedic IP 192.168.100.21
- Mask 255.255.255.0
- Port Rules:
Port start/end: 80/80 - Protocol: Both - Mode: Multiple - Load: Equal -
Afinity: Class C
Port start/end: 3389/3389 - Protocol: Both - Mode: Multiple - Load: Equal
- Afinity: Class C

Any idea what can be wrong? Maybe the NIC cards teamed on each server?

Thanks in advance for any help.

on node 2, did you add that virtual ip 192.168.100.10 to the ip address
settings in advance settings of tcp/ip? what type of nic teaming do you have
enabled? fault tolerance?

Yes, Jen. I added the IP and in both nodes they are the second in the IP list
for each server, so the server can answer with the dedicated IPs also.

They are teamed by Broadcom utility as Smart Load Balance in both servers.

There was no error reported in the event viewer. The WLBS message in the
second server says node 2 joined the cluster and is answering as 1,2 in the
cluster.

Thanks.

remove the nic teaming, this doesn't work well with nlb. then remove your
nlb settings and reset them again. go to the cmd line and do a wlbs display.
make sure they are converging.
see if that works. you can always stop and restart nlb by entering this
command at the cmd promtp: nlb stop and nlb start.
