Terminal Serivce Manager Problem

I am not sure if this is the right group. Excuse me if I made mistake.
I used Terminal Service for administrattive purpose only.
I used to be able to see my group of servers inside Terminal Service
Manager. If for some reason my administrator fails to logoff terminal
services, I can bumped him off and let another administrator to come in.
When I moved my servers to different subnet in another building, I couldn't
find my group of servers in TSM; but it listed other servers.
Could someone advise me what I should do to get back my server list in TSM.

When you moved your TS to a different subnet, you lost the broadcast that
builds the server list. A WINS server will put it back.

I have put the WIN server in the Network property, but still didn't see
them. Do I need to do something from the server side ?
