tentative meeting

How do I hide a tentative meeting on the Calendar for Outlook 2003?
 
Who do you want to hide it from.

If you only want it visible by you can mark it as private by opening it and
then check marking private in the lower right hand corner.

I have an executive that was just converted to Outlook 2003. He was
converted from Eudora and there were meetings already set up that he had as a
'hidden' meeting in Eudora, so it could 're-appear' if he wanted to possibly
attend it. These meetings came into Outlook as regualr meetings so he is
double and triple booked right now. i can make teh meetings tentative but he
would rather not see them on the Calendar at all. But he doesn't want them
permantently deleted in case the primary meeting gets cancelled, then he can
check the 'hidden' meeting and see if he wants to attend.
