ten pages of labels and I can only view the first page, why?

272 records on ten pages of labels with 30 labels per page. After all are
created, ready to print or review, i would like to view all ten pages first.
Why can I only see the first page of labels?

You have just previewed the merge; you must complete it (Merge to New
Document or Edit Individual Labels) to actually see the merged document.
