labels in mail merge

Help
I have 3 pages of labels. My addresses are in excel. I have a column named
code. I want to skip the whole label if code is 1. I go to skip and if
code = 1 skip but it doesn't do it.
not only that but I only get one page, 30, labels. I cannot print all 3
pages of labels. What is messed up with office 2007 under windows 7?

You haven't completed the merge; you're just previewing the labels. The
"secret code" for "complete the merge" is "Edit Individual Labels."

I printed and it printed all the pages. But I went into to my source and
deleted the rows that I didn't want a label for.
does "Edit Individual Labels" allow me to skip records?

It sounds as if you merged to the printer. When you "Edit Individual
Labels," you're merging to a new document, and Word should apply any filters
you've enabled, or you can use Select Recipients to select specific records
and omit others.

Rereading your post, I'm wondering if what you were dealing with was a
document that was the result of a previous mail merge rather than the mail
merge main document. If you actually deleted records from your data source,
there is no way they could appear in the result of a new merge. You might
find it helpful to read
