temporary folder

how do i reach my temporary folder and clear whats inside
it? Also when i go on the internet and click a video
link, a window pops up and say "downloading to temp
folder" etc... before i could just press on the link, and
the windows media player would pop up load and thats it!
So whats wrong? please this is urgent

Go to START->ACCESSORIES->SYSTEM TOOLS
and click on Disk Cleanup. Pick what you want to clear out.
