temporary file access

I downloaded a software package, DV Book Manager. It took
30 minutes and put it in a "temporary file". I cannot find
it on my computer. Please advise where to find it? I have
looked thru all the obvious places (I thhink).
 
Did you try doing a search on Book?

Perhaps you could try downloading it again, you should
get a message saying file exists (with a location), then
cancel the download.
