Can anyone explain why I get the following message on disks?
"C:\Doc~1\Temp\local\temp...A temporay file needed for intialization could
not be created or written to. Make sue that the directory path exists and
disk space is avaible. Clos to cancel. "
This is a new problem..I have removed all temp fil;es I can find.

Paste this into Start | Run | Click OK and see if a folder opens.

%homepath%\Local Settings\Temp

C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Local Settings\Temp should open.

This can happen when you delete all files from the temp folder before a
program has rebooted to finish the install. You would be surprised at just
how many people break a new install by doing that!
