I am using PowerPoint 2007. When I download a template from MSN I
cannot seem to find it in my own program. Can someone help? Thanks,

After downloading the template have you saved it to your hard drive?
Choose Office button, save as, in the save as list choose (ppt template
*.potx), PPT will take you to the templates directory immediately. Give an
appropriate name.
You will find the downloaded template in the My templates section in the new
presentation dialogue.
