My business alows people to have charge accounts, and they tell us who can
charge. Is there a template that will set up individual acounts, with a list
of people who can charge to them, and show me a report of all customers and
chargees so i can print it out if i need to? Thank You

Both the Northwind sample database, and the Order sample template have most
of what you need for a start. While neither is great database design, they
are a decent start and better than you can get from someone without any
database experience.
