I have a sub-folder that contains a number of templates. I went in to make
changes and then noticed that it would not prompt me to save when I closed
down.
Some troubleshooting I have already done:
Checked for whether the folder or files were read only. The box was green
suggesting that some were some weren't. Individual files were not. Took many
attempts to clear this. Still I can not close and save.
Moved an individual file into the next level up and I could make the changes.
Created a new folder and moved them into that - it still wont save when I
close the file
Saved before closing - it saved the changes.
Can anyone shed any light on why this may be happening. I even made sure
that I didn't have any Adobe products open as that was a conflict awhile ago.
Thank you.
