Templates? Drop Down text?

I don't even know what to call what I am looking for. I want to create a
'template' of written text with 'dropdown' text opitions. e.g. The weather
was [cold, windy, just right, hot, ok]. The trip took [less than 15 minutes,
about a half hour, most of the day, all day, two days]. ... and so forth. I
am happy to search previous discussions and / or other resources, but what
terms am I looking for. Thanks
