Templates, audio and video in PPP

I would like to get some guidance as to how to apply
individual/different templates to my PPP. I am putting
together the PPP for my department that is the umbrella
for 6 others. To indtroduce each department I am trying to
apply a different template but when I do so it
autmatically changes all the others to the same one. How
can I make this work.

Two other questions, how do I insert music and video to my
PPP?

First, copy the video or music files to the same folder as your PPT file.
Then use Insert, Movies And Sounds, From File to add them to the presentation.
