Template Wizard for Excel 2003

I can't seem to be able to install the Template Wizard
with Data Tracking in Excel 2003. On MS download page it
only refers to Excel 2002. I downloaded this file and
installed it. The Template Wizard does not appear on the
Data menu.

What happened to the Template Wizard?

I have found a work around.

When upgrading from one version Excel to 2003, copy the old
WZTEMPLT.xla to the new C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\Library and then the add in will appear and work in
EXCEL 2003
