Excel 2002/2003 Addins

I have an addin that I use in 2002 which I downloaded
called a Template Wizard which lets me create fillable
forms that automatically update a spreadsheet. I have
tried to download this to 2003 and have not succeeded.
Two questions either how can I do this or is there
another template or wizard that I can use to create a
fillable custom form that will automatically update the
spreadsheet?
Wizard is called. WZTEMPLT.XLA

I would ask where you have the *.xla file stored. In XP, it should reside in
C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns

It should then show up in Tools>Addins...
