Excel WZTEMPLT.XLA - Microsoft Excel 2002 Template Wizard with Data Tracking add-in program

Hello all,

I have tried to download (from microsoft) the Microsoft Excel 2002 Template Wizard with Data Tracking add-in program, however after running the download Application cannot find the file which i believe is called WZTEMPLT.XLA.

Can anyone help with a copy of the file or a website with direct download of the file.
