Template Wizard w/ Data Tracking add-in

Hi,

Does anyone know where to find the Excel add-in called Template Wizard w/ Data Tracking? It was included in Excel until version 2002 but was then removed. The file name is tmplwiz.xla. It used to be able to download from Microsoft but that possibility does no longer exist.
