Does anybody know of any good websites from which you can download MS Access
database templates and adapt them to your personal needs? I have tried the
MS website but there isn't much on there. I would prefer free ones

Just to be sure you found ALL the Microsoft templates, you might want to try this link. There are 23
templates right here:

That's quite a few.
