Template Letterhead Issue

Word 2007 - I attempted to create a letterhead template with some success. I
added Logos and Textboxs. In order to place wher I needed them them I used
Layout - Text Wrap - Behind Text abnd on Picture Position - Vertical -
Page. I did this cuz it was a way I found to keep the Pic & Textbox in place
when typing text. All seemed well until I did a CTRL A select all text to
delete text from the doc created with the template. The Pic and textbox
delete as well (even though they don't appear selected like the text).
What am I doing wrong when creating the template so that the logo and
textbox are not editable when using the template for doc creation?

Your letterhead needs to be in the page header. The procedure will be
somewhat different in Word 2007, but see
