Template for uploading pix?

I am not a pro web designer but have done our won pages and a few people
have asked us to do theirs. I have one "client" who wants to upload her own
pictures along with captions, Is there a template that I can design so that
she can easily upload jpg pictures to a specific "pictures" page. She almost
zero computer knowledge so it has to be VERY simple...or does she have to
send them to me to do it?

Image Gallery;
Your best bet would be to find a Photogallery that allows for uploads, and you should first ask your host what uploads they support - as this will determine what type of gallery you should look for. I'd also ask your host if they have any already available.
That's one way.

CMS
If you're talking about allowing her to put up her own images on specific pages (as in part of design, rather than in a 'gallery') without her having FP, or risking her messing up the webdesign, then you need to look into a basic CMS (content management system). Chris Leeds (an MVP on this ng) is working on a really nice (simple) CMS design.

Sorry, after re-reading your orig post..the CMS solution would be your best bet.
