template for library?

Looking for a template or suggestions for an office lending library that will
have magazines, books, etc... Need to track what we have, how many we have,
who has it if its out, when they borrowed it....

i would just find a vendor though.. like i reccomend www.acsgrp.com you
can get a solution faster and cheaper than building it yourself.
