I am not aware of a Microsoft word template specifically for books, but you
can check at http://office.microsoft.com to see if there are any that might
be adapted. If you need to pursue this, you'll stand a much better chance of
getting a good answer if you find a newsgroup devoted to Microsoft Word, or
whatever word processing software you use. This newsgroup is for Microsoft
Access database software.
Maybe if you Googled on appropriate search words, you'd find a site with
templates.
